I am an experienced corporate and management accountant supporting accounting teams throughout the accounting cycle with emphasis on month-end and year-end close. I provide process improvement analysis and implementation. I have successfully transitioned systems and processes between organizations and departments. I have extensive experiences in employee benefit compliance, compensation and benefits accounting, payroll, and pension accounting and compliance (ERISA). I have additional experiences in retail banking, insurance, third party administration, fixed assets, and tax compliance at federal, state, and local levels. I have worked with multiple ERP systems in several roles, in both profit and non-profit organizations. I believe I bring a coherent and logical approach to the teams I work with, providing management and owners with the data and process analysis they need to successfully operate their businesses, on site or remotely.
