Senior Mechanical Designer providing mechanical / electro-mechanical design, prototype build and procurement support for Alpha and Beta phases of clients projects

Mechanical design engineer within the sports medicine and powered instruments engineering groups, providing project lead, engineering and design support during all phases of product development, testing, documentation and market release. Develop and maintain DHF, DI, DFMEA, PHA, and RM documents associated with both new products and product design changes. Familiar with injection molded plastic, sheet metal, and membrane switch panel design principles. Design, test and develop products that are consistent with both regulatory agencies and corporate guidelines.
