CurrentPromoted into a newly created executive leadership role immediately following adidas’ sale of the Reebok brand to Authentic Brands Group (global portfolio of lifestyle, entertainment, and athletics brands). Reporting to the CEO, oversee all strategic business development initiatives for Reebok globally, including identification and development of growth strategies and optimization of global product range. Led the transition to a completely new operating model—a licensee model—then onboarded 20+ global operating partners with the rights to run the Reebok brand within their respective regions. Partnered with each licensee to operationalize the relationship then set strategic business plans to position them to surpass contractual growth goals.
