• Developed and maintained production processes and associated work instructions for new and existing products in partnership with design engineers and production technicians.
• Created software automation tools to streamline use of the company’s MES. Some of these tools have been adopted by other programs within the company.

• Headed custom HMI solution written in C#.NET that reduces operator training requirements and simplifies use of machine.
• Presented on an industry-leading automated fastening system at the SAE 2015 AeroTech Congress on behalf of the company.
• Mentored three new engineers who went on be leads on future projects.
