I represent clients at all negotiating sessions through mediation and fact-finding, and handle all facets of labor-related litigation.► In the role of construction counsel, I review and prepare documents regarding environmental compliance, bonding, public bids, construction and contracts, monitor building code compliance, as well as interface with construction managers and architects to assure timely and proper completion of projects.► As special education counsel, I respond to all petitions and proceedings before the Department of Education, Commissioner of Education, and/or the Office of Administrative Law, attend all mediations and hearings, as well as review and analyze any newly enacted special education statutes and/or regulations.
