AT STE-ICS, he started in a project that required him to develop several ESRI extensions tools on ARC Map ver9.3 using MS Dot Net C# SDK. As part of the requirements, the project also required to setup message queue system using MQ series to support live messaging. Once the new system is being deployed, he need to perform data migration and to ensure data is integrated into the new system. Attended Web 2.0 and Java Website Development conducted by Sun Micro System for the purpose of this project In another project, Mark worked with a team of Software Engineers to design and developed an evaluation project on RFID tracking solution, which applicable on-board ship. Delivered with an actual proto-type and demonstrate to customers. His main responsibility was to developed back-end multi-threading processes with multiplexing capability using .Net C#, which use to process the signals that pick-up from the RFID readers. The processed data are used to report human movement to our front-end GUI. System was built with Microsoft Dot Net C# with MS SQL. He also developed GPS map engine that can accommodate several standards of GPS data for real-time plotting or play-back purpose. The map engine allow user to perform evaluation on their GPS device and a visual presentation to customer. Our customers can also make use of this map engine to plan the activities and movements of their subjects by modeling on the map. The map engine was built with Microsoft Dot net C#.In the last project, he developed several external system interfaces that talk to the main system. These interfaces not only provide a gateway to the main system, but also perform data transformation based on customer’s business rules and complex logic flow. The software components used in this project are Web Services, MQSeries Services and knowledge of data transformation tools.With his past experience, Mark is also working with the pre-sales to provide software and system solution and proposal to customers.

The architecture was built on apache web server with C/C++, PHP, JavaScript, Ajax, Unix Shell-Script, and Informix database. This project was submitted for SWQAT and later deployed Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia offices. He was responsible for application developments, which collaborated with R&D team for new projects. The developments are built on top of company’s legacy system such as the Real-Time Billing System that required strong skill set in C/C++ socket programming and web servicing to support various request from other systems.Managed vendor customization on new ISP billing system in Cambodia (AngKorNet).Worked with my Indonesia counter-part to performed data porting, by acquiring data from their Oracle databases to Singapore office.
