Engagement with legal counsel and procurement as part of MSA’s, Contracts and supporting compliance documents and required adherence to policy standards, changes or updates as required.Management and ongoing compliance of RBNZ policies across the bank including supporting plans, playbooks, run sheets and tasks to meet regulatory obligations and reporting requirements.Stakeholder engagement across the bank to ensure each area is maintaining and performing annual test validation to meet compliance objectives in accordance with regulatory policies. I am responsible for delivering quality assurance for all functional and non-functional solutions within the Cyber Security portfolio. I am responsible for the management of testing activities for the Accelerated Digital Strategy (ADS) Program, I successfully oversaw and delivered all testing for the transformation of RMS system capabilities to the whole-of-government servicing model for Service NSW (SNSW). Key achievements include managing all functional and non-functional test phases, leading a team through vendor-managed test services, implementing a risk-based test approach, improving testing efficiency through early user engagement, and rolling out a new testing methodology.I successfully managed the integration with SNSW and covered all stakeholder management for the engagement. Additionally, I played a crucial role in the ground-up infrastructure build, including greenfield components, such as physical and virtual servers, network/application security, and the development of a Test Automation Framework for RMS API testing. This framework improved testing capabilities and efficiency and delivered 24 hour testing capability.Recognised achievements include delivering the ADS Program Test Strategy within a short timeframe, successfully delivering the ADS Test Plan for the Parkes/Newcastle site, and completing high availability, failover, and security testing on newly delivered infrastructure. I also managed the onboarding of vendor Wipro and implemented the Automated Test Framework for RMS web service testing. This resulted in the successful implementation of multiple 40 + web services into RMS production.I provided test estimates for all ADS projects, including breakdowns of test budgets and resource requirements. I employed a risk-based test approach, engaged users early in the software development life cycle (SDLC) to increase testing efficiency, and implemented a new testing methodology that emphasised early issue resolution and cost minimization.Some recognised achievements include delivering a greenfield Fujitsu infrastructure, including all test and production environments, conducting high availability, failover, and security testing on the newly delivered infrastructure, and successfully implementing eRollovers and eContributions for electronic receipting and transmission.
