I focus on taking challenges and resolving them in the most time efficient and cost effective method by thinking outside the box and finding alternative solutions. In my current position the challenges are no longer able to be solved by the "same old, same old" solutions. Being constantly challenged to "do more with less" that is ongoing, and not a short term quick fix, requires in depth analysis of the challenge and an implementation of resource allocation to become more efficient and more effective.
