Straight out of high school, I packed up my bags and headed to Europe to see the world!As an Aussie in London I (stereotypically) gravitated to hospo, spending ten amazing, adventure-filled years living and working in one of the great global cities. In that time, I built up customer service experience working in over twenty jobs ranging from bars, theatres, restaurants, and even as a guide for the Crystal Maze!I’ve been everything and anything in the customer service industry from usher to bartender to waiter to tour guide to call centre operator to supervisor and management.Post-pandemic, I’ve moved back to my home country, settling on the Gold Coast to enjoy the only two things London couldn’t give me - sunshine and beaches (and cold, cold Aussie beer).Reach out if you are looking for a guy who’s willing to learn and stay with your company for a long time!
