I have developed critical and longstanding relationships with many of the industries leading OEMs and CEMs. After achieving top salesperson honors for most of my early career in the 90's I then moved into management for several companies before starting my own companies.I was fortunate enough to establish my first company in 1999, Anovastar before building and selling it. After the sale of this company I then created Terranova Technologies that was very successful small business for 8 years until the marketplace created challenges that caused me to realize to continue to survive and expand in this marketplace you need to be diverse and educated in the Aerospace Industry. I currently specialize in contracts with prime contractors as well as the US government and DOD.My past accomplishments are some of the few reasons I was added to SAE International G-19 committee as a liaison member. Another is due to my extensive knowledge about the risk mitigation processes that are in place to decrease the influx of counterfeit components in our Industry. My philosophies include that when mentoring your trainees it’s not just getting the most out of your training techniques, direct reports, and their respective action items but also developing their careers to the point that they have now become a valuable resource around the globe that can be relied on when needed. My expertise includes project design and management, data analysis and interpretation, and the development and implementation of research tools. I enjoy generating new ideas and devising feasible solutions to broadly relevant problems. My colleagues would describe me as a driven, resourceful individual who maintains a positive, proactive attitude when faced with adversity. Some of my experience includes Semiconductor Supply Chain Strategy for Cost Optimization, reduction of Supply Base, and BOM Optimization and Contract review.
