Information Technology professional with experience in all areas of IT from corporation enterprise size to small business. My main skills are... problem solving, connectivity, Data Centers, networking, monitoring, troubleshooting, working with vendors, operations support and accountability. I implement small business cloud services, like MS Office 365, Datto, VadeSecure and SocSoter. I also have experience with Windows(server and desktop), Linux OS and with many 3rd party applications / tools. I adapt well to platform change, I am a good communicator and understand the roles of other teams. I am friendly, approachable, and work well with others to promote a healthy team environment.
