Having multiple large scale ERP (SAP) roll outs running at one time, there was a need for a comprehensive set of program and project management tools to support the projects and program management office overseeing over 800 staff and contractors/consultants operating the projects. Team was responsible for a comprehensive toolset including status tracking, knowledge management, issue & risk management, change management (process and code), time and earned value management & evaluation, testing process & procedure, and business process documentation. Tools included: - SharePoint Services - MS Project Server - IBM/Rational ClearQuest - IBM/Rational RequisitePro - ARIS - HP/Mercury Quality Center - HP/Mercury QuickTestPro - HP/Mercury Performance Center - BusinessObjects (for reporting against a variety of the tools above.)

In collaboration with other founding members, worked to leverage technology assets, specifically the City of Aurora's municipal fiber to bring inexpensive ultra high speed internet access to the greater Aurora region to enhance economic development, education, healthcare, and community anchor institutions in the greater Aurora area. The effort including securing a $1,000,000 grant from the State of Illinois and successful deliver to over 30 clients including school districts, hospitals, private industry, and collaboration with the CME/CyrusOne Data Center.
