Currently on contract with Petsmart. Asset Management …Handle PO’s for Networking, Desktop and Depot. Conduct physical inventories of company assets as needed. Equipment that needs to be asset tagged and inventoried a spreadsheet is created in Excel with all pertinent information and then uploaded into Service Now. Efficient with Service Now and the ticketing system. Troubleshoot equipment that is returned from stores and verify their functionality and be placed back into depot inventory after testing and re-imaging when needed. Test laptops and desktops to verify their functionality then will re-image.

Work from established process instructions and equipment specifications. Performs inspections and tests necessary to ensure conformance to quality and reliability standards. Plan and organize workflow. Proficient at using statistical process control techniques and maintain accurate work records associated with responsibilities and status equipment.
