Important and visible position as the administrator of the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) and IT operations for the Realtor Association of the Sioux Empire (RASE). Primary responsibilities include operational issues within the MLS system, ensuring accuracy and usefulness for members and knowledge and mastery of superior technology services and business tools for the Association.I am responsible for:• Trouble-shoot and resolve customer service problems with MLS in coordination with vendors and uphold the Rules and Regulations as set for by the Association.• Maintain vendor relationships and support contracts.• Manage inter-office technology, software and equipment needs.• Identify and champion services and tools for REALTOR® members to become and remain successful in today’s real estate market, consistent with the vision and mission of RASE.• Train new and existing members on the MLS and other technology the association provides to its members.

It is a great group of people I work with in fund raising money for the conservation of natural habitat land of not only Elk, but also deer, antelope, beer, even the occasional jack rabbit. The natural wonders of the landscape are beautiful, and I appreciate the desire to be in that landscape 24/7, but everyone should have access to that beauty. So I work on the finance side of the Chapter. I help collect money for the major fund raiser we throw every spring called 'The Banquet'. Games of chance, dinner (no we don't serve Rocky Mountain Oysters), and auctions. Over 70% of the funds raised by local chapters across the state stay in the state for habitat and animal conservation projects.
