• Co-lead intern orientation and intern manager training to ensure feedback mechanisms and expected outcomes are conveyed to all relevant employees. • Delivered midpoint and final feedback on behalf of managers to interns with offer outcomes including salary, equity, benefits, start dates and next steps including follow-up meetings to agree terms.• Responsible for new hire data integrity with respect to salary, requisition requirements, visa status and relocation.• Developed systems & process recommendations with people team to enhance interview workflow.• Led candidate care initiatives inclusive of implementation of auto-generated weather notifications for all traveling candidates working with external travel vendor and global security operations team.• Designed batch-interview process for NY site ensuring internal resource allocation and external vendor engagement.• Delivered data and process driven projects on interview bias, core school diversity scorecard, event ROI and intern location trends inclusive of key findings and recommendations. • Co-built intern events with program manager across all summer intern cohorts including budgeting, headcount and internal engagement.• Escalation point for all N.A. travel issues working directly with vendor on root cause analysis, process changes and enhancements.
