The Business Transaction manager’s role is to develop strategies for various businesses to be sold utilizing analytics, real estate and legal knowledge to facilitate transactions on behalf of Ace Hardware Corp. Oversee the organization and resolve legal and financial matters related to these business transactions and provide support to staff to ensure that transactions are performed according to buyer and seller agreements. Serve as point of contact for credit executives and bank associates, and interaction with real estate professionals, bank associates, and legal counsel as needed. Partner with New Investors acquiring existing stores for sale assisting the seller and buyer through the purchase agreement.

Kentucky And East Tennessee

The District Manager consults with Ace Retailers on how to maximize retail sales and profits as well as maximize Ace wholesale sales. Regularly meets with Retailers to access business needs, develop recommended solutions, create action plans, and ensures voluntary execution. Acts as the liaison between Retailers and Corporate and serves as the Retailer advocate.
