I demonstrated the ability to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions and maintain a seamless integration of information technology services to clients throughout my twenty-year career. As someone who has developed a sound knowledge of ITIL practices, I have been able to champion change across people, processes, and technology, which has subsequently improved efficiencies, uplifted capability, and boosted the bottom line. Stepping into a senior management role, I have assumed full accountability for Tier One accounts, including budgeting, project delivery, SLA monitoring, governance, compliance, and quality assurance. I enjoy challenging the norm and looking at better ways of working in order to reduce costs, improve customer experience, and drive customer success. I have implemented various technologies, managed upgrades across hundreds of stores, and integrated new services for clients such as 7-Eleven, Kmart, and Coles. These clients have since realised significant operational, financial and customer satisfaction benefits. The foundation of my success is not only underpinned by my experience and industry knowledge but also by my ability to lead cross-functional teams of up to 100 employees. I am a collaborative leader who mentors others, encourages engagement, and supports teams in building expertise through mistakes, opportunities, and guidance. I lead by example and place emphasis on promoting a team culture based on integrity, respect, diversity, inclusion, and harmony.
