Responsible for the inventory management and warehousing of $15 million of various materials, as well as continued support for our ERP system (SAP R/3 and SAP APO), both domestic and internationally, as detailed in my SAP position description.

Member of Corporate selection committee, system design and configuration team, as well as Team Leader for support of corporate-wide implementation and subsequent Go-Lives as supporting staff. Special focus on Radio Frequency (RF) and Warehouse Management (WM) module, along with extensive familiarity with Materials Mgmt (MM), MRO Parts (PM), Plant Maint (PM), Sales and Distribution (SD), Production Planning (PP), Quality Mgmt (QM), Financial (FI), Controlling (CO), Advanced Planning and Optimization (APO) for Demand Planning (DP), Supply Network Planning (SNP) and Production Planning and Details Scheduling (PP/DS), as well as custom code in support of our operations. This continues to include Go-Live support for all manufacturing locations in North America, South America and Europe, currently a total of 38 manufacturing locations for a $4 billion plastics manufacturer of rigid plastic containers, In addition to all North American locations, Go-Lives in Nov 2003 (Brazil), Dec 2004 (Czech Rep), Sept 2008 (France), Dec 2008 (Luxembourg), Dec 2009 (Italy), July 2010 (Romania), Constar acquisition transition in June 2014, implementation at Gresford UK June 2017, Tychy Poland Nov 2017, Brecht, Belgium Mar 2018, Toledo, Spain Jun 2018 and Bierne/Beaune, France Mar 2019. Significant operational support provided to our Blois, France operations in 2010-11 for operational improvement in area of Logistics and ERP system functionality. Also, since 2011 have been a member of the Corporate Implementation team and super-user of our APO systems utilizing the DP, SNP and PP/DS modules that have been implemented and continue to be developed for our Operational Long-Term planning.

Primary focus on material handling automation research, design and justification for cost savings in logistics and material handling, along with support for start-up of new facilities and continued support of SAP activities.

Responsible for financial, administrative and IT functions for a large and complex manufacturing facility, including leveraging a legacy ERP system for its' maximum benefit to our operations.

Responsible for all production activities of HDPE blow molding operation with 20 production lines utilizing a wide variety of manufacturing technology.

Total responsibility for financial performance and operations of a HDPE extrusion blow molding, PET stretch blow molding and Injection molding facility, with 12 production lines utilizing a wide variety of manufacturing technology.
