-Responsible for demand generation marketing/branding, two multi-channel contact centers, and discount dental program (built team of 30+). Member of two dental group Advisory Boards. Collaborated with Leadership team, Investment Banker, and PE firm to develop pitch book and participate in meetings ultimately resulting in a successful sale transaction with Heartland Dental. Reported to CEO.-Launched multiple customizable platforms (websites, mktg automation, reputation mgmt. paid/social media, referral programs, collateral repository) designed to meet the unique needs of 23 reginal dental groups and 300 clinics. Overhauled marketing strategy with centralized, customizable platforms designed to support 23 regional dental groups and 300 practices. Worked closely with Dr. Leaders to influence strategic change, which resulted in increased revenue/profit.-Worked with BI team to develop Lifetime Value (LTV) models down to affiliate/practice level. All marketing investments were optimized against those LTV models to ensure profitable new patient acquisition.-Built and oversaw 40 seat Inbound/Outbound Patient Scheduling Center using Salesforce CRM. Grew New patients 15%; generated 10% incremental visits.-Collaborated with Operations Leaders to roll out first Digital Patient communications system, improving schedule utilization from 76% to 84% and patient retention from 82% to 85%; New online booking led to 85,000 annual appts.-Increased web traffic 30% over three years through SEO and content strategies.-Grew Discount Dental Program Membership, Revenue and EBITDA 40% over 3 year period.
