Designed and led the creation of Orbit (Operational Reporting Business Intelligence Tool) team & platform which became the new strategic Unitedhealthcare direction focused on building centralized intranet and internet based Reporting & BI solutions instead of legacy mainframe & client server point solutions. Team consisted of 10 people and original platform was based on Cognos Technology with roughly $1M budget.
