I am owner and head chef at Turners Independent Trotters, a company I set up in 2020 on the back of several years training in restaurants in West Sussex. My passion for event catering begun whilst expanding the restaurants hog roast offering to external events such as weddings, birthday parties, garden parties and corporate events.After graduating from university with first-class honours in Sports Management and a CIM Professional Diploma, I spent 6 years in the sports and entertainment industry before I was made redundant. Due to a series of events I found myself in the hospitality industry where I found my love for event catering. Food plays a vital part in any good event which is why I pride myself on creating theatre with food and tailoring all of our offerings to suit our customers needs.
