Worldwide Ticketcraft, was a leading manufacturer of custom tickets based in Boynton Beach, FL. I began with sales, marketing and trade show management. In addition, I built the in-house enterprise order processing system in Microsoft Office handling quoting, work-flow, invoicing, and profitability analysis. I integrated the system with SalesForce for front-end CRM and QuickBooks for back-end accounting. I cultivated a client base of more than 300 new clients with sales over $1 million per year.

The Company completed an initial public offering in 1987 and the Company’s stock became publicly traded. Lasergate Systems had early success in stadiums, waterparks, and museums such as RFK Stadium in Washington DC., Raging Waters San Jose, and the World of Coca-Cola in Atlanta. The Company’s premier installation was at the Camp Snoopy amusement park inside the Mall of America in 1992. That system included a debit-value ticketing and access control system. The system issued the first barcoded tickets and wristbands that represented a starting cash value. Scanners at each ride and attraction subtracted value until the balance reached zero.
