I enjoy helping people with their careers. Since 1998 I have been in the recruitment industry, with agencies in Sydney, London and Brisbane. Even during my chaotic University years and whilst in Hotel Management, I enjoyed talking to people about what they do for a living and where they plan on taking their career. Like most recruiters, I started working at the junior and graduate level, churning out placements by the dozen every month and it was this period that developed my skills fundamentals in the areas of interviewing, advising and B2B sales, and eventually onto managing teams. These days I gain satisfaction working at the mid to senior management level of recruitment for clients all around the world. I also enjoy providing consulting services to any clients that need help with their people or career advice to individuals looking to make that a change.
