Being an Eagle Scout, I am a big proponent of servant leadership & evolving on a regular basis. That takes active listening & providing peer-to-peer support, being self-aware of my actions & how they impact those around me, and making time to learn from mentors, extending those learnings to my network.My professional passions are digital content creation, social media management, and media strategy. As a recent part-time Social Media Specialist and full-time Account Supervisor at Coegi, I'm bringing 9 years of marketing, 2 years of sales, 6 years of digital content, and 5 years of supervisory experience to the agency world. I work with clients & partnering agencies in sensitive industries, such as healthcare/pharmaceuticals, advocacy, tech, and finance, to bring them A+ strategies and solutions in the digital media space. In addition to working with our external partners, I mentor associate-level members and support our company's growth in various ways. A few of my past positions include the Digital Content/Social Media Manager for the University of Missouri-Columbia (MU) building & maintaining the digital brand of the @Mizzou channels, Aquatic Lesson Coordinator/Head Pool Manager leading the Columbia Parks & Recreation's Swim Lesson Program & training between 100 - 200 aquatic staff members yearly, and Sales/Operations Manager for Vector Marketing managing the operations of a $3MM division office located in St. Louis, MO. As an Eagle Scout, a recipient of the Mizzou LGBTQ Resource Center's Catalyst Award, and a servant leader, I strive to create and maintain inclusive spaces. This goal drove me to become a Scoutmaster of Columbia, Missouri's first all-inclusive Scout Troop. Graduating from MU with my Bachelor of Arts, Interdisciplinary Studies - Communication & Computer Science with a minor in Business in 2018, I combined the best parts of each field to create a custom major. This allowed me to build a complex skillset that I now utilize in my professional life while connecting a network of individuals.
