The KAM is the single point of contact for the key business contacts within each Operating Company (OPCO) in terms of all services provided by GRIT (for non daily issues); the KAM’s primary goal is to ensure that value is continually being maximised through the development of processes and added value services.The KAM is to build trusted relationships with Management (Senior) within the selected OPCO’s and focus on the alignment of business strategy with IT strategy.
