I am a co-owner and managing partner at Katy Debate, a debate summer camp business that offers week-long programs and private tutoring sessions to students from 6th grade to high school. I am also pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Communication at The University of Texas at Austin, where I expect to graduate in 2024. My core competencies include customer service, project management, and management.At Katy Debate, I work with my partner to design and deliver engaging and effective curriculum, marketing strategies, and operational plans. I also handle the customer relations, budgeting, and scheduling aspects of the business. I enjoy creating a positive and supportive learning environment for our students, who come from diverse backgrounds and have different goals and needs. I am passionate about empowering them with the skills and confidence to improve themselves and their community through speech and debate. I believe that my communication, leadership, and entrepreneurial skills can contribute to the success and growth of any organization that values creativity, collaboration, and innovation.
