Responsible for managing the bank's portfolio of high risk commercial credits and REO portfolio.

Managing a 250+ account portfolio of distressed commercial real estate loans. The loan pool is comprised of loans from 25 FDIC closed financial institutions from across the United States. Handling collections, tax issues, payment applications, short-sales, foreclosures, loan modifications and extensions to turn non performers into cash flowing assets or collect funds through short sales and other liquidation strategies.

Relationship Manager responsible for maintaining and growing a portfolio of floor plan lending relationships for independent used car dealers. My territory included all of Florida and southern Alabama. I was responsible for all facets of the business including prospecting for customers, credit underwriting for loan committee approval, handling the actual loan closing and daily account management. I also developed the necessary skills to handle loan workout and collection situations with both my client base and with other bank customers outside of my assigned territory.In addition to the floor plan responsibilities, I also worked on the indirect retail side of the bank's automotive finance division.
