Designing and implementing centralized benefits tracking across the organisation. I also prepared presentations for the Executive Committee.

Separation and sale of the Chemicals division (€10B transaction - approx. 1/3 of the total group).Role: Controller for the separation and divestment of the Chemicals division, working closely with the Director Separation (ex. CFO of major company). As responsible controller for the EUR 175M project budget, I liaised with senior executives, the FP&A organization and others; gatekeeper and SPOC for project cost; creating cost governance, global accounting instructions for the project; creating financial updates to the Executive Committee; financial review and drafting support together with Legal of Temporary Service Agreements between the separated businesses. I also worked closely with the Project Management Office to understand project progress, risks and implications. Supporting the divestment and providing data for PE buyers of the Chemicals division.
