Currently, I serve as the head of digitalization and innovation at Swedish Association of Local Authorities and Regions (SALAR) and as a board member of the Swedish Post and Telecom Authority and the Swedish Land Survey.My knowledge in digital development is rooted in 20 years of experience as a scientist and research leader. My research has primarily focused on digital development in conjunction with other perspectives, such as privacy and sustainable societal development. My background spans various disciplines, including computer science, organization and leadership, engineering, law, interaction design, behavioral science, and political science.With over 20 years of leadership experience, I have served as a project manager for numerous research and innovation projects, managed multidisciplinary expert organizations in academia and the public sector, and been a board member of government authorities and non-profit organizations. I practice trust-based leadership, emphasizing holistic perspectives and combining strategic, tactical, and operational levels.
