As a Lean Expert, I specialize in strategic restructuring, successfully navigating the complexities of closing and opening operations while driving business development in Eastern Europe, with a strong focus on Ukraine.🎯 Over the past decade, I’ve gained in-depth knowledge of the Ukrainian business environment by founding and leading three companies while living permanently in the country. 🎯 In the wake of Russia’s aggressive actions, my mission has shifted towards ensuring workplace security and passionately advocating for increased investment in Ukraine’s manufacturing sector.
