Onsite Manager takes care of all operational service related activities within German Locations (e.g. reporting, cost allocation check and resource Management). Ensures the Services are available to the Business according to agreed Service Level Agreements and montiors the Service Performance and the costs within the Locations.Responsible for implementing planned Service harmonization based on the Enterprise Architecture Roadmap. The Onsite Manager proactively propose improvement acitivities to improve Services or decrease the costs.Provides Input to developement Budget.
