For the past 2 years I have worked at Prohoc Group as a Head of Business for industrial marking solutions and as Segment and Account Lead for Project management and resources to Industrial customers. Prior to this I’ve worked with large international industry and marine customers and account management of leading global industry and marine customers. I have lived and been involved in the transition of the traditional marine propulsion to electrical and hybrid solutions and propulsion.During my sales career I have been working with international sales, OEM/SI's, distributors and end customers such as Rolls-Royce (Kongsberg), Wärtsilä, ABB; Hitachi, Northvolt, Kone, Schindler, Eaton, The Switch (Yaskawa) and Valmet.To successfully work with these customers and supporting organisation I have had to gain experience customers technology, markets as well as in direct and matrix leadership and management skills, cross-cultural communications and influencing people, quality solving, negotiations, managing and development of Global Agreements. I have built trust and commitment between partners by fair play and open discussion as well as strengthening the co-operation with customer events.
