- Develop Best Cost Engineering (Offshoring) strategy with internal and external partners in India - Support the European and US sites in deploying the offshoring strategy and liaise with all internal and external offshoring partners - Elaborate and deploy appropriate reporting scheme- Be business unit specific point of contact for all internal and external partners regarding offshoring strategy and it’s execution

Coordination of all IS related activities in Division Propulsion & Controls with focus on:- Improving IS cost and performance- Consulting process owners on IS-related projects (from business case to deployment and usage)- Driving the harmonisation and efficient usage of CAD & PDM systems(e.g. CATIA V5) - Establishing future PLM model supported by respective tools- Supporting the implementation of processes and practices of further divisional initiatives such as the European R&D Project 'PROMISE', Variant & Configuration Mgmt, Parts Standardization, etc.
