My approach has been described as entrepreneurial and inclusive, with a proven track record of sustainable revenue, OP and market share growth, as well as resilience in stormy conditions.My 20+ years commercial and strategic leadership experience is in FMCG, food and toys, and in adjacent industries as entertainment, and licensing. Founding and supporting start ups (incl failures), setting up innovative functions in traditional family businesses, leading and transforming regional entities in global corporations. Skilled in managing complex portfolios, building effective franchises in dynamic disruptive environments, digitalization in sales and marketing, with explicit customer and shopper focus. Being a change agent with heart and soul, my glass is always "half full": Whether it's about organizational or process optimization, or new business development - new customers, new trade channels or launching new brands, bringing on cultural changes or unlocking turnaround levers - my experience is that it is all about the growth mindset, and -can-do-mentality, that brings success (and fun!).Equipped with a deep understanding of the different P&L levers, I am convinced that it is the PEOPLE who are decisive before the KPIs. Being curious, and keen to learn from new cultures and perspectives, I love working with new and international teams, and support and empower them for positive change.
