Skilled in managing complex portfolios, building effective franchises in dynamic disruptive environments, digitalization in sales and marketing, with explicit customer and shopper focus. Being a change agent with heart and soul, my glass is always "half full": Whether it's about organizational or process optimization, or new business development - new customers, new trade channels or launching new brands, bringing on cultural changes or unlocking turnaround levers - my experience is that it is all about the growth mindset, and -can-do-mentality, that brings success (and fun!).Equipped with a deep understanding of the different P&L levers, I am convinced that it is the PEOPLE who are decisive before the KPIs.
