In addition to protein structure analysis and homology modeling, I have extensive expertise using OpenEye applications, and am proficient in the use of OpenEye toolkits, RDKit, Python, and other molecular modeling applications. Experience in protein homology modeling and protein structure analysis. On the NMR side, I have experience in NMR of small molecules as well as protein NMR spectroscopy, including resonance assignments, structure calculations, and analysis of protein dynamics.Over the course of my career, I have been able to communicate clearly to scientists and stakeholders of various backgrounds.
