In between 2015 and 2023 I have served multiple Accenture clients to better understand their customer needs; improving their business processes and CX; transforming and running their operations cost effectively; as well as migrating applications with highest agility into the cloud. My functional focus is serving clients in their digital Sales and Service transformation. Throughout my professional career, I have worked within international agile delivery teams, mainly in the role of a Product Owner or Agile Coach. I´m also holding POPM, PSM 1 and SAFe professional certification.While working in diverse teams and global team setups, I have conducted client workshops and created customer journeys to derive new business ideas and strategies, which lead to improved CX, business processes redesign and new revenue streams. Furthermore, I am very familiar with business analyses, user story creation and Jira management. I have gain experience as Product Owner in various client engagements. E.g., I was able to run a project value stream focusing on backlog prioritization and SAFe implementation. Therefore, I took over the position as PO for a large delivery team (+30 FTE) and was responsible for all Project Management project activities. Those activities spanned from solution design, resourcing, contracting to delivery activities such as strategic prioritization, financial health and client communication. Through serving clients from various industries such as software & platforms, public service, telecommunication, and publishing I learned a lot about being and staying flexible, adaptable as well as innovative. Considering that not all deliveries do go straight, I also faced challenging situations such as escalations, technical issues, budget constraints, endless scope discussion or project limitations. However, while keeping a customer centric mindset towards the client (and their clients) I was always targeting to achieve highest customer satisfaction.
