I develop, carry out, and supervise entertaining recreational and educational programs and activities for a variety of youths in as a recreational coordinator. My responsibilities include planning activities, overseeing finances, and creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages community involvement, social interaction, and personal growth. I collaborate with stakeholders and other team members to make sure that programs are impactful, inclusive, and in line with company objectives.
