Hotel- and Congress sales both B2B and B2C and online marketing tasks.My main responsibility was to work with the hotels e-commerce: Develop conversion optimization of the hotels website and execute the hotels e-marketing overall, such as the hotels social media marketing, Newsletters, SEM, web analytics and preparing the hotels marketing materials both web and print. Key objective of all tasks mentioned was to drive bookings to the hotels website. I also worked closely & assisted the hotels revenue manager.

B2B sales: Negotiating & planning of Travel-deals with international tour operators, domestic hotels and holiday resorts.

I was in charge of a wide range of tasks: Marketing of the resort (planning & executing. Renewing and updating the company websites), and especially developing the products of program services, such as the tour skating products in winter.Other responsibilities:- Majority of the tasks of Front Desk Manager- Some of the tasks of financial administration (pricing)- Taking active part to Restaurant managementHoliday Resort Harjun Portti (Punkaharjun Tuunaanportti Oy) operates in Punkaharju and the company has invested strongly to the area and has grown from a small operator to a resort providing diverse services.
