As an independent Agile Coach with a focus on agile organizational development, I have been accompanying mainly large organizations in the DACH area on their journey into agility for almost 20 years.During this time, in which I have directly and indirectly supported about 40 teams, it has become clear to me that an agile transformation at the team level alone does not carry very far. Therefore, today I primarily work at the level of the surrounding organization.Here I am very good at mediating between the development and business side, as I have not only a technical but also a business background.Although I have hands-on experience with many Agile approaches, I am not a framework implementer. For me, the focus is on the customer's goals - and how they can be achieved with Agile approaches.
