Industrial Packaging addresses the production of printed goods in the segments High Volume Packaging, High Value Packaging and Pharmaceutical Packaging. My team further develops Heidelbergs solutions and products for customers operating in these segments.In addition, I am responsible for the Speedmaster XL 106 product line as well as the customizing process within product management.

The Speedmaster XL 106 is the Peak Performance flagship product line in HEIDELBERG's sheetfed offset portfolio. Jointly with my team of experienced product managers I drive the 4 Ps for the product line and define the future innovations of the Speedmaster XL 106. We provide world class product and application expertise to customers and sales colleagues worldwide.

Both customization for sheetfed offset machine in the formats 35x50 to 70x100 and the very large format machines Speedmaster XL 145 and XL 162 are driven by a high degree of specialization outside of serial production processes. The product management team creates synergies for both product categories. We consult customers to find the perfect product configuration for their individual requirement. Internally, we constantly improve our systems and processes to provide fast delivery times and an efficient "engineer to order" process to our customers.

Leading the team of product management experts for all sheetfed offset product lines ranging from Speedmaster SX 52 to Speedmaster XL 106. With product and application expertise the team consults customers, sales and product management. We guide the process from initial request via press demonstration and quotation towards finalization and order processing. We constantly improve the lead to order process with our sales and service units, order management, data management, operations and R&D.

Product Manager within the sheetfed offset 70x100 product range.Internal coordination and channeling of all customizing requests with R&D, operations and service.Area sales support for Southern America and Middle East.

Annual operative planning and monitoring of worldwide sheetfed offset products in terms of units and net sales. Initiation and implementation of global pricing measures together with Controlling, Product Management and international Sales and Service units (SSUs). Implementation of a global market share reporting tool.

Marketing for HP OpenView Software

As an intern I support the sales team in the quoation process for all types of IT hardware (B2B).In addition, I compile the documentation for the newly introduced CRM software.
