Managing the Manufacturing of the leading telehealth device of the industry. Realized several design changes based on own EMI and FCC testing. Generation of global manufacturing strategy after visiting a dozen manufacturing locations (in-house and external) in China, Mexico, Portugal, Germany and the US.

Managing a global Engineering team (China, Japan, Mexico, Germany, India and the US) with focus of translating requirements from six automotive customers into few functional hardware designs that were mass produced. Management of several complex and high volume applications (>1 Mio. vehicles) with Asian and American customers. Leading cost saving initiatives for a high volume product which resulted in 2 Mio+ USD savings for MY09/10.

Complex global Project Management with 14 Engineers on 3 Continents (Asia, North America, Europe). Leading five on time product launches of high volume and high profile vehicle lines, increasing the Restraint Business from 8 Million to 32 Million Dollars per year which supported an additional $82.5 Mio award for a new technology that supplemented the core Restrain System Electronic business.

Simulation and realization of digital and analog circuits for regulator IC's including quality assessments, test support and part analysis of prototypes. Design included several mass produced regulator components for high profile automotive projects including the development of a new Bit Synchronous Regulator Interface.

Development, Manufacturing and Testing of small volume printed circuit boards for various applications for the German market. Zero defects policy resulted in no returns.
