Goldgas is the downstream retail unit of the VNG AG (part of EnBW) for the German retail energy market. It became a subsidiary of VNG through an acquisition in 2013 and has grown in size due to organic growth and further M&A transactions. My task is focused on strategic business development and execution of M&A and PMI projects.

Quarton International is the result of a combination of the two leading financial advisory companies Blue Corporate Finance and Quarton Partners in December 2015. Together, we provide the global middle-market with M&A advisory, private capital raising and other corporate finance services under a new common identity, Quarton International. We facilitate effective international coverage for our clients with 20 partners and approximately 50 employees in 7 offices in the US and Europe. The principals of Quarton International have a combined track record of more than 500 transactions in 30 different countries with a total volume exceeding $ 15 billion.
