Heading the Network Services organization for Tele2 Group, reporting to CTO. ~160 employees spread over 7 countries. Responsible for Engineering and Operations of Mobile and Fixed core services, VAS services, Roaming, Mediation platforms, Infrastructure Applications (e.g. DNS/Radius) and big data platforms (Hadoop and Elasticsearch). Delivering services to Sweden, Netherlands, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Croatia, Austria, Germany and Kazakhstan.

Manager of a team of architects and engineers, responsible for Cloud, IT Infrastructure and Network strategy and architecture for the Tele2 group.Key person in building this new organizational function including building the team. Responsible for creating a strong technology team and drive technology transformation and innovation. Introduced new capabilities such as cloud, big data/Hadoop platforms and increase automation levels.

Reporting to the Group CIO. Manager of an organization of around 100 people with 7 managers as direct reports.Responsible for engineering and operations of real-time platforms, infrastructure and services at Tele2. Amongst the responsibilities the department delivers voice and messaging services (partly in-house built). Re-organized the department, introducing new processes and methodologies, as well as driving innovation by introducing new technologies mostly based on open-source solutions.

Manager of 12 technical specialists and is responsible for VoIP and messaging as well as Internet related platforms. The group consists of software engineers/developers of our in-house built VoIP platforms and systems engineers working with Internet related solutions such as DNS.
