    As the founder of SOFTimpact. Ltd in Cyprus I directed the company to focus on the shipping industry, particularly ship owners and managers, and became a known vendor of Crew and Payroll modules based on the ERP software from Microsoft, called MS Dynamics Ax. SOFTimpact is an active member of the shipping community in Cyprus. In 2009 I became also the chairman of the ICT committee of InterManager, the International Ship Managers Association, and was later called to join the Executive Committee of the same organization. For several years SOFTimpact was involved in the KPI project of Intermanager in an advisory role already and was later fortunate to be selected by InterManager to implement the backend system for gathering and benchmarking the KPI data of participating companies, code named IMKE (InterManager KPI Environment) at the time.
