Responsible for Nestlé's SAP S/4HANA brownfield migration program

Responsible to move Nestlé's very large SAP Landscape to SAP RISE

• Managing 10 direct reports (5 on-site, 5 in Barcelona), an Indian offshore team and a 2 Mio CHF budget• Setting up of new team (5 direct reports) in the GLOBE Barcelona hub• Program Manager for SAP Support Pack. In a year these are 2x HR LCPs and 2x Support Pack waves• Project Manager for strategic GLOBE SAP core system HANA DB, SUSE O/S upgrade and log replay activation in very close collaboration with SAP. 1.3 Mio CHF budget, 1300 man-days, 9 months duration• Defining and driving the strategy for delivery of innovation and automation to improve service offerings and to reduce the need of human intervention

• SAP GLOBE Landscape Simplification (GLS) project contribution: o Z-EMENA post upgrade improvements. 3.5 Mio CHF budget, 4000 man-days, 5 months duration o SAP Support Pack upgrade as part of S/4HANA Finance upgrade. 1.7 Mio CHF budget, 650 man-days, 7 months duration• SAP Support Pack wave into to Nestlé and Nespresso SAP systems. 2.7 Mio CHF budget, 4300 man-days, 10 months duration• Stream Project Portfolio Manager (20 FTEs) to ensure project commitments can be maintained with available resources

• Global coordination of IS/IT incident resolution and communication• Initiate/contribute to critical IS/IT incident reviews• Drive and ensure incident process adherence during resolution efforts

• Plan, prepare, communicate, orchestrate and review the monthly SAP IT Bundles (outages) and other critical interventions like SAP Upgrades

Availability Management• investigate unavailability incidents and ensure action is taking to resolve issues and avoid reoccurrence• providing input to the monthly system availability report including the availability forecast for each systemCapacity Management• leverage capacity reports and escalate areas where target is not being reached• support 18 month rolling capacity/sizing forecast by using a capacity questionnaire (market involvement)IT Continuity Management• manage regular Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) tests• creation of execution plans in collaboration with multiple technical teams to shut down and power on a regional data center• perform annual Single Point of Failure (SPOF) analysis for all SAP and non-SAP components in the data center• support of major and risky changes by setting up and leading an on call command center• support regional Business Continuity Plan (BCP) team• conduction of major activities

• Planning of the monthly outage bundle which included severalchanges (AIX and SAP) and were deployed on multiple SAP andnon-SAP systems during a defined window• finding suitable deployment windows to implement criticalchanges, that were acceptable for both, markets and technicalteamsGBSL – SAP 4.7 to 6.0 upgrade projectNestlé GLOBE SAP systems have been upgraded globally mid 2010 to SAP ECC 6.0. I was part of the technical cutover team, responsible for the European and Center/R&D regions (4 cutover weekends). My main responsibility was to:• support the creation of the end to end project plan which enabled a controlled preparation, cutover and hyper care execution• conduct the system ramp-down/ramp-up during the 4 cutovers.Around 15 different technical teams had to be guided through theproject planCurrency conversion projectSlovakia Crones had to be converted to Euro in our SAP systems. I was part of the technical cutover team and involved in several planning and cutover conduction steps during the project.

SAP Transport ManagementTransport management ensures the consistency of business solutions (coding, customizing) within the SAP system landscape. I supported the regional transport managers through:• development of an Excel tool that compares SAP transportsbetween two or more SAP systems• creation of status reports and corresponding analysis in PowerPoint and training sessions on their execution and interpretation• maintaining a tool to verify transports against the existingtransport naming conventionCentral Testing TeamThe testing process for many P&G projects is supported by the HPQuality Center application (test management software, former Mercury Quality Center). Several customized front-end and reporting tools are linked to the test management software. I was responsible for:• consolidating and designing of the tools and maintenance of therespective tool documentation• developing and supporting of a MS Excel based front-end todocument test results efficiently• managing the adoption of testing processes and tools for severalprojects, this included deployment, training, monitoring anddocumentation
