As a Senior manager within the Business Tax Advisory team at EY, my key responsibilities are to manage and coordinate multinational client accounts and international projects, covering various industries including Hospitality clients in the field of corporate taxation. In this respect I have significant experience in managing communication and relationships between clients and the German tax authorities, for instance in tax compliance services and the event of a tax audit. Furthermore I have assisted clients on the implementation of acquisition structures and (cross-border) reorganizations of multinational corporations, intellectual property and financing structuring.
