I am branch 2 licensed thru the state for pest control. Its my job to identify and exterminate any problem pest a customer may have and determining the best methods of application possible. I also solicit and provide estimates on any upgradeable services that a customer may be interested in and I take great pride into meeting all my customers expectations to the best of my ability and take great pride in customer service!

My duties as a forklift operator in receiving at White Oak Frozen Foods were to load and unload delivery trucks as well as filling out paperwork and receipts for our records. My duties also consisted of making sure to feed the line of product to go into the factory to be processed and shipped out as well as dumping waste bins. I then moved up to becoming a dyer operator which consists of running the whole plant. my duties were to control everything out in receiving, to the sorters which pick thru bad product from the good which then slides thru into the dryer and I need to then control how much heat is needed to reduce moisture, (water) from the product maintaining a spec of solids that determine whether the product is too wet or too dry to meet the customers wishes and then slides into a roaster controlling how much of a burn the customer may want down into the HTST (pasteurizer) to kill off any bacteria then down into our IQF (instant quick freezer) and into our fresh packaging department for shipping and handling. It is also my duty to perform repairs and diagnostic tests on all our machines along with our maintenance department that may once in awhile break down.
