I am currently pursuing a Bachelors of Science in Electronic Media @ Film with a focus on Directing and Cinematography.

- Independently conduct internal and/or external training courses for customers, BLM personnel while providing direct support to the training program at the Novi, Michigan location- Supervise production, machine operation, and software implementation on site at customer and remotely- Oversee training for other technical trainers and other BLM personnel for software upgrades and onboarding of new employees- Ensure excellence in operation and maintenance of laser tube systems; the use of the entire BLM Elements Software suite for programming laser tube parts and managing laser tube production; as well as other areas as required- Conduct testing of new machine and software features, options, settings, technology and versions for incorporation into training and field service operations- Organize and develop documentation for distribution to customer and BLM personnel to improve understanding and proper use of BLM products.- Execute training in person and virtually using various programs and platforms such CAD/CAM programming and microsoft teams- Acts as point of contact across teams while establishing and enforcing organization standards.- Administer evaluations, make recommendations, and work with customers to ensure programs and methods are fully understood
