- Manage and support production related local or cross-site logistical (lean) projects - Create and evaluate data, statistics and presentations on strategic and operational topics - Implement, stabilize, optimize and develop processes for service delivery (KPIs) and supervise/support as well as document them - Creation and revision of procedural, training and work instructions as well as instructing employees - Coordinate and manage interest groups as an interface between operational and administrative areas to meet customer requirements - Set up, drive and manage Lean Management and Operational Excellence topics
