Responsibilities/scope of work Technical:Establish service/maintenance schedule for contracted equipment Supervise and support workshop related jobs, such as repair and overhaul of Electrical and-or combustion Engine operated equipment Design and Supervise platform fabrication and crane installationOrganizing workshop staff (team of +155 mechanic and electrician.)Kingdom-wide/ vacation planning/ salary evaluation Prepare and follow up warranty claims / Prepare repair quotations/Equipment inspection and testing/ Equipment evaluation / Spare parts stock monitoring, and stock level maintaining/ Provide service trainings (i.e. train- the- trainer program for BT, Still, Konecranes) / Recruitment local and abroad (Saudi,Philippines &Nepal) / Solve hydraulic or electrical problems / Support Workshop managers in Riyadh, Jeddah, and Jubail /Monitoring all service lease and rental contracts consisting approx. 950 equipments of various brands/ creating of an in-house maintenance software (in conjunction with theIT- specialists)Responsibilities/scope of work Sales:Prepare and calculate fleet or single unit lease and rental contracts/prepare full service maintenance contracts/ managing and support sales personnel/ equipment configuration and sales calculation/ technical support of racking division/ design and layout and calculation of static and dynamic racking systems/ attend support meetings with sales personnel to finalize deals/ achieving and establish sales targets/profit-loss calculation/follow up sales leads and tenders/ attend sales training and meetings local and international.

The product range start from standard Core-Box-Shooters, Sand Mixers and Gas Dosing equipment, to fully automated systems with industry robot integration, and are used for the forming process of Steel, Cast- Iron and Aluminum Plants.
